Welcoming Hannah-Rei Amadi to the APPG for International Freedom of Religion or Belief
We are delighted to welcome Hannah-Rei Amadi to the APPG for International Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB) team.
Hannah-Rei is a Politics and Global Sustainable Development graduate from the University of Warwick with a strong focus on the politics of religion, human rights, and global justice. She brings international experience in advocacy, research and stakeholder engagement, with a particular passion for supporting Parliamentarians to raise FoRB issues and amplify the voices of persecuted communities.
She has represented young people at the IRFBA FoRB Youth Summit and spoken at the International Religious Freedom Ministerial Conference in Prague, engaging with diplomats and policymakers on youth participation, digital advocacy and freedom of belief — including highlighting FoRB challenges in Nigeria.
Alongside her policy and advocacy work, Hannah-Rei has supported international and community-based organisations including A21 and Commissioned Generation CIC, delivering communications, campaigning and social-impact programmes that strengthen civic engagement and protect vulnerable communities.
Her experience and commitment align closely with the APPG FoRB’s mission to ensure that everyone, whatever their belief or none, has the right to think, believe, change and practise freely. We are delighted to have Hannah-Rei on the team and look forward to the contribution she will make to advancing Freedom of Religion or Belief for all.
