On Monday 20 April, a parliamentary drop-in on Sudan was held as part of Christian Solidarity Worldwide’s (CSW) “All Eyes on Sudan” campaign.

The session provided updated briefings on the ongoing conflict and humanitarian situation in Sudan, with a particular focus on violations of freedom of religion or belief and wider human rights concerns. Discussions also addressed accountability mechanisms, including the potential for international investigations beyond Darfur and the use of targeted sanctions.

The event brought together Sudanese advocates, expert speakers, and parliamentary stakeholders, offering an opportunity for direct engagement on the evolving crisis and its impact on affected communities.

Briefing materials and campaign resources were made available throughout the drop-in, supporting continued parliamentary awareness and engagement on Sudan-related human rights issues.
